Customers waiting to hand in an eScript. Someone unsure which product they need. A pharmacist switching between requests while trying to check prescriptions. These are the everyday problems that interest me.

As Product Lead, I work with the team on product direction, pharmacy workflows and growth. I've worked on developing two end-to-end healthcare applications, VitaSage and PharmAssistAU.
